DISCOVER YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS

Liquid Vinyasa Flow

Liquid Flow Yoga is based on flowing, harmonious movements. A modern, dance-like Vinyasa Yoga with classical roots. Liquid Vinyasa Flow respects your breathing, your body and you, who you are and what you feel. Bring the asanas, your mind, body and energy into harmony with flowing transitions. Conscious movement arises.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

These yoga classes are dominated by the coordination of the breath with the movement, so that a flow arises that brings you smoothly from one asana to the next. Prior knowledge is desirable.

Gentle Vinyasa

In Vinyasa Yoga, asanas, creative transitions and breathing combine to form a harmonious unit. Gentle Vinyasa gives you the opportunity to find your rhythm in the flow.

Yoga Medium

A yoga class in which you can experience a balanced practice of pranayama, asanas and final relaxation, both as a beginner and as an advanced person.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissue, such as fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. It's slower and more meditative and gives you space to turn inward and tune in to both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. The asanas are held for 3 - 5 minutes so this type of yoga helps to stretch and lengthen the seldom used tissues, and at the same time teaches you how to breathe through discomfort and how to sit with your thoughts.

Soul Session

In the soul session, a touching theme runs through meditation, singing bowl bath, pranayama, and gentle asanas. Calm and focus result in intense experiences.

Beach Yoga

Yoga on the beach. Direct connection with nature. The smell of salt and sea, the sound of the waves, the sun on your skin. Meditation and pranayama, sun salutations and asanas.

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga - challenge and relaxation on the stand up paddle board. In SUP Yoga the focus is on balance. Keep your balance on the board and find your inner balance through SUP yoga in nature. Condition and muscles are built up. Final stretching asanas relax and bring you into a meditative state.

Private Lesson

In the private lesson, full attention is focused solely on your physical needs. Precise adjustments and improvements for you one to one. An intensive exchange but also an exclusive yoga experience.
