I'LL TELL YOU ABOUT ME

I have been fortunate enough to train with some inspirational teachers. Shiva Rea, the creator of Vinyasa Flow – she kindled the fire in me for Prana Vinyasa Flow and recommended I train with Simon Park, who I completed my advanced yoga teacher training for Liquid Flow Yoga with. It is based on fluid wave movements and designed to connect the breath with the body. Conscious movement arises.

My own teaching is intuitive, fluid and creative and has also been inspired by so many inspirational teachers including Noelle Connolly, Rhadika and the wonderful Joan Hyman who has taught me body reading and restorative yoga as well as how to gently help my students with alignment, breathing and energy flow.

Water is my element and living on Fuerteventura, SUP Yoga is an enriching addition to my yoga life. SUP Yoga embodies an experience in nature, finding inner and outer balance, joy and a little adventure as well as deep relaxation.

I teach yoga for beginners, intermediate, advanced students as well as those returning to yoga after a break. My students are always involved and taken along in the lesson. They say they love my sunny and fun-loving approach to time on the mat.

My purpose is to inspire others to find their center, their balance.

My yoga classes are honest, sensitive, intense and absorbing, include further training in asanas, flow, strength, power, alignment and inner growth accompanied by suitable music or silence. In the yoga classes we make your strengths shine and improve where necessary.

You determine what you want to record, your rhythm, your development.

I am happy to accompany you on your yoga path. Especially now in this changeable, constantly evolving time.

I look forward to meeting you!
