Why take part in a workshop?
Healing, growing, developing is a wonderful process that should be a recurring part of our life. Sometimes we also need to retreat, look inside, take care of wounds and then continue with our path. We come to wisdom through the knowledge and lessons we draw from it. All you need is to be in the right place at the right time. It is no coincidence that you feel addressed by the text, choose intuitively from my offer what is important to you now. If you have any questions or would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I'm here for you.
Why meditation?
In meditation all systems can connect with each other and pass on information to each other. The subconscious, soul, spirit, body and aura enter into a dialogue and coordinate with each other again. If there is a lack of meditation, disharmony occurs and part of the system encodes the warning information received by the subconscious. This creates - out of the blue - destructive programs or diseases. You can communicate with your subconscious as well as with your body, your soul or your spirit. It's part of who you are, it's like an inner voice that you often hear inside of you. But don't confuse it with the Ego program. Your subconscious is your faithful and reliable guide in life.
Why Pranayama?
Air is the first element with which we come into contact as an independent being after cutting the umbilical cord. The first breath. We absorb a large part of the life energy Prana through breathing, our whole life long, right up to the last breath. Pranayama helps to consciously control Prana in our body, to potentiate it in order to expand our consciousness and to initiate spiritual processes. Inspiration is inhalation! “When we inhibit our breathing, we isolate ourselves from the medium in which we exist. In all oriental and mystical philosophies, the breath holds the secret of the highest bliss. That is why breathing is the dominant factor in yoga practice.” Alexander Lowen.
Why a group meeting?
All workshops include a workbook with texts and questions tailored to the topic of the workshop. In an open round, in which the participants can contribute or even just take in, the texts are discussed, thoughts are exchanged and questions of self-reflection are addressed. Each participant can answer the questions for himself, they do not have to be shared or published.
Why Yoga?
We have two types of memory. Intellectual memory consists of memory, ordered and stored information, in short-term and long-term memory, which can be retrieved. Physical memory resides in body tissue and can react to a certain situation, although the mind no longer remembers it. Yin Yoga in particular penetrates deep into the fascia tissue by holding the asanas for a long time and helps to resolve past events and bring them into our consciousness. Yoga can help to come to terms with what happened in the past. New information, knowledge, impressions and wisdom can be better absorbed through movement, "embodied" so to speak. It is also good for our body to stretch and stretch after long periods of sitting, meditating, pranayama and working out.
